Cla45s Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities

To register a cla45s account, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements under Malaysian law. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and accounts detected will be immediately closed.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. Registering multiple accounts by the same person is a violation of the terms and may result in all related accounts being suspended or closed without refund based on case evaluation.
Account Security and Information
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. cla45s will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any communication channel. Any activities that occur through your account are your sole responsibility.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full name, phone number, and payment details. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate suspension of your account. Identity verification may be required before processing your first withdrawal.
Platform Usage Rules

Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions at cla45s are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform accepts deposits via supported local payment methods including eWallets and bank transfers. Minimum and maximum deposit limits depend on the chosen payment method and may change from time to time.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same account or eWallet used for deposits, subject to completion of identity verification procedures. cla45s reserves the right to hold withdrawals for up to 5 business days for security and compliance checks. Any taxes or fees imposed by banks or payment providers are the user’s responsibility.
Funds in gaming accounts do not earn interest. cla45s is not liable for any losses or failed transactions caused by technical issues from third-party payment providers. In cases of mistaken credits, cla45s reserves the right to correct errors including reclaiming funds wrongly credited.
